Dr. Kruger is a Contract Management Specialist and Lamergyre Alloys Limited is his Magnum Opus.

His five decade contribution to South African and Multinational Industrial projects has traversed a broad swathe of sectors, including Mining, Energy, Metallurgy, Oil, Gas and Information Technology. From lessons learned spinning those threads, he has woven the fabric of this project.

As our thought leader, Jo has formulated a clear strategy for the rollout of the disparate elements which must be alloyed to effect the succesful outcome of the project as a synergistic whole.

Wayne McPhail

Wayne's expertise in financial forecasting and modelling is underpinned by his experience across all strata of the Financial Management environment, ensuring that Lamergyre Alloys Limited will maintain an effective fiscal framework for this massively complex project.

With a background in Auditing, he has developed a sophisticated understanding of the intricacies of Industrial Construction Projects and is a proven leader as Group Finance Manager for SI Group, having previously consulted for Baker McKenzie and the Gershon Lehrman Group.

Rust never sleeps. Stephen's capacity to integrate established engineering principles of the global Carbon, Alloy and Stainless Steel Industry with groundbreaking emerging technologies has enabled Lamergyre Alloys Limited to drive production costs into the lowest quartile.

His rare blend of pragmatism and idealism is manifest in the project design, which is robustly future proof, setting new benchmarks for environmental impact mitigation.
